The last album of Julia Marcell is – again – a journey in a completely different direction. Even if a sentiment by definition should be a familiar thing. Marcell’s Sentiments are a provocative game of associations. They seem naive and innocent just to lure the listener to a place, where nothing is as it seemed to be. Scary. But how magnificently it all sounds.
